Requirements

Must Have Skills:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Test Coordinator/ Senior Test Analyst / Test lead on large transformation programs
n
- Strong experience testingMicrosoft-based solutions (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services)
n
- Experience in Azure DevOps,Playwright and test automation practices
n
- Experience working in vendor-leddelivery with client-side validation responsibilities
n
- Robust stakeholder engagementcapability, including UAT coordination with business teams
n
- Excellent communication skillsand attention to detail
n
- Structured and meticulous approachto testing and assurance
n

Prior working experience with Government clients

ISTQB andMicrosoft Certifications

- Detailed Job Description Act as the primary point ofcontact for all testing-related matters
n
- Manage and coordinate PTApost-sprint testing (formal validation of sprint outcomes)
n
- Provide independent validation ofvendor-delivered outputs including test automation scripts
n
- Manage and coordinate Releasetesting (approx. every 3 sprints)
n
- Support and coordinate manualtesting with business stakeholders, ensuring consistency and alignment torequirements
n
- Lead and manage UAT activities,including early preview UAT and full UAT cycles
n
- Support data migration testingand validation, including functional validation using migrated data
n
- Manage defect triage, tracking,and resolution coordination
n
- Develop and execute test casesacross functional, integration, and regression testing cycles
n
- Ensure alignment with IMOSstandards and project governance requirements
n

Minimum Years of Experience: 12-14 years of total IT experience

n

Certifications Needed: ISTQB, Microsoft AzureDevops
