About the Opportunity
ARA Building Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Handyman to join our Sydney team. In this full-time role based in the Sydney CBD, you'll work across multiple commercial sites, delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including general handyman duties, painting, and minor works
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently - aiming for a first-time fix
- Maintain accurate job records using our mobile Job Management System
- Ensure all work complies with WHS standards, regulations, and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders,
delivering outstanding customer service
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Solid understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification
