Pine Lawyers is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join our growing Property and Commercial team.
(Please note we are seeking a candidate to have between 5 years and 12 years of experience.)

About the role
Operating across our Brisbane CBD and Southport offices, you'll have carriage of a diverse range of property and commercial matters within a cooperative and experienced team.
Key responsibilities include:
- property acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence
- residential, commercial, and mixed-use development
- off-the-plan, project sales, and property enquiries
- commercial and retail leasing matters
- commercial transactions and business acquisitions
- general advisory matters and loan facility advice.
Essentials you’ll bring
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Between 5-10 years property transactions and development experience
- Admitted Solicitor with strong property and commercial law expertise
- Technically strong, commercially minded, and organised
- Confidence managing priorities and leading transactions end to end
- Excellent client-facing communication and solutions-focused
- Collaborative and proactive with energy and initiative.
