As a Building Supervisor with Coral Homes, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction projects across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our high-quality standards. Working closely with trades, suppliers, customers, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in creating a positive building experience while maintaining strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.

This role will cover Nerang QLD to Ballina NSW. Travel to Ballina will be required one day per week. A fully maintained dual cab ute and fuel card are provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S; requirements
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members
- Close liaison with clients and relationship building

Skills & Experience

- Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
- Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
- Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised
- Positive forward planning / programming / organisational skills




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional and personal presentation
- Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential)
