Western Health is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the Planned Surgery and Endoscopy Access team as a full time Planned Surgery Clinical Liaison Nurse. The role focuses on optimizing patient preparation and streamlining pathways for planned procedures, from referral to surgery, in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will assess patients, mitigate delays, ensure adherence to the Planned Surgery Access Policy, and act as a patient advocate for a safe, seamless surgical journey.
