Yarra Ranges Kindergartens (YRK) is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead the organisation-wide people function during a period of cultural change and sector reform. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape workforce strategy, capability building and key people systems across 22 community-based kindergartens.

You will manage a small P&C; team, handle industrial relations, enterprise agreements and compliance, and translate strategy into practical leadership practice.
