We're proud of our heritage, passionate about excellent food, and committed to building strong relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Field Sales Representative to help expand the Vili's brand across New South Wales.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you love getting out on the road, meeting customers and growing business?

We're looking for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of an established NSW territory, building strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new opportunities.

This is a genuine field-based role where you'll spend your time visiting customers, growing sales, presenting products and helping more people discover the Vili's range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with customers across your territory
- Growing sales within existing accounts
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Introducing customers to new products and promotions




- Regularly visiting customers and maintaining a consistent call cycle
- Conducting product presentations and customer tastings
- Working closely with our Customer Service, Production, Logistics and Marketing teams
- Representing the Vili's brand with pride and professionalism
- Managing customer activity and opportunities

ABOUT YOU

You enjoy meeting people, building relationships and finding opportunities to grow business.

You'll bring:

- Experience in sales, account management or business development
- Foodservice, FMCG, hospitality or retail industry experience (highly regarded)
- A proven ability to grow existing customers and win new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Confidence working independently and managing your own territory
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A current Australian driver's licence
