As an experienced Venue Manager, I dont have to tell you about service, the importance of current cuisine or the wine list - you are already an expert across these areas. However we do want to know some things about you!

What is it about your leadership style that creates followers and translates into amazing dining experiences?
Behind every good business is a backbone of financial strength,
what level of input do you have on operating cost management including COGS, payroll, activations with ROI?
Building great teams is as important as the menu, what skills do you need around you to make the venue a success
How do you train teams in excess of 50 employees?
When you entertain friends and family, what atmosphere and experience do you create for them?
This is a senior role and one that holds long term chance for the right person. Remuneration will be appropriate to the role and like any contract at this level will be negotiated.
