Emergency Head Vet Nurse - ARH Wollongong

We are seeking a driven leader, outstanding nurse, and team-focused individual who is passionate about Greencross, ARH, supporting our people, and delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians!

As Emergency Head Nurse, you will work closely with the hospital leadership team while remaining actively involved on the clinical floor. This role is designed as a working leadership position, providing support to our veterinarians, mentoring the nursing team, and helping drive operational excellence across the hospital while embodying our PAKT values.

- Full time position (38 hours per week)

- Rotating roster including:n n
- Day shifts
n
- Evening shifts
n
- Overnight shifts
n
- Weekend shifts
n

- Every second weekend off
n
- Strong focus on clinical leadership, team development, operational management, and patient care
