What You'll Be Doing

- Operating and maintaining specialised pavement and civil construction equipment
- Crack sealing and spray sealing activities
- Asphalt paving and pavement rehabilitation works
- Operating mobile asphalt and KMA plants
- Supporting project delivery in line with safety, quality and productivity standards
- Working across Sydney Metro and regional NSW, with approximately 40% of the year spent working away from home This is a hands-on role offering variety, travel and the opportunity to work on some of Australia's most specialised airport and pavement projects.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum HR Licence (HC Licence highly regarded)
- Previous experience operating bitumen spray trucks or similar construction equipment
- Civil construction, road maintenance or infrastructure experience
- Dangerous Goods Licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain




- Robust commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Flexibility to work away from home and travel when required
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team environment
