Client Information

The Company is an Australian Recruitment and staffing agency specializing in permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment. The support a range of industries, with a strong focus on aged care, healthcare, disability support, corporate services, finance, and government.

Job Description

- Coordinate and allocate qualified care staff to vacant shifts while ensuring continuity of service for aged care clients
- Monitor rostering and staffing platforms, including Shiftmatch and other scheduling systems, to secure and fill shifts efficiently
- Respond promptly to urgent staffing shortages and unexpected scheduling issues
- Maintain regular communication with care staff, rostering managers, schedulers, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations
- Update and maintain accurate workforce, client, and scheduling records within rostering software platforms
- Ensure all handovers and shift information are communicated clearly and accurately
- Identify and elevate potential compliance concerns or staffing issues to the Brisbane team for follow-up
- Provide additional administrative and scheduling support as required by the allocations team

Must Haves





- Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, community services, rostering, scheduling, recruitment, or administration roles highly regarded
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced environments with outcome-focused performance expectations
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills across phone and email
- High level of technical literacy and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously, including rostering and workforce management platforms
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and make confident decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and compliance standards
- Relevant administration, business, or healthcare-related qualifications are advantageous but not essential

Home Office Requirements
