Specialising in Partner-level search for law firms across Australia. While the primary focus is supporting both new and established Partners, we are also keen to engage with senior lawyers who are close to making Partner. From time to time, senior non-Partner lawyers are placed directly into Partner roles. We cover across all major corporate practice areas and work with a diverse range of law firms throughout Australia, including top-tier firms.

Key requirements

Except in rare circumstances — such as taking over a retiring Partner’s practice — Partners at client firms are expected to have an established practice. This requirement also applies to senior lawyers pursuing Partner roles, with the expected level of a portable practice varying by client firm.
