Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is leading the Scams External Dispute Resolution program to protect Australian consumers. We are seeking a Banking Industry Lead to shape the design and delivery of the Scams EDR Program under the SPF.

This max-term contract runs through May 2028 and requires deep banking and regulatory knowledge. You will collaborate with banks, regulators and industry bodies to embed scam prevention in AFCA's approach, building cross-sector relationships and
