Sirv is seeking a leader to build and run supported independent living (SIL) services in Orange and Central West NSW. You will establish SIL houses, manage rosters and teams, and deliver high-intensity supports with culturally safe practice at the core. This role offers remote work with eventual office presence as the service matures.
The successful candidate will bring hands-on SIL experience, robust team leadership, and a track record of sustainable service delivery in the region.
