Luxury Escapes is seeking a Retail Travel Agent to join our customer sales team at our flagship Chadstone store. You will manage a high volume of customers, selling our exclusive travel packages to create memorable experiences.
You’ll provide excellent face-to-face, phone or digital service, answer inquiries promptly, and present upgrade options while keeping KPI targets in sight. The role requires retail experience, weekend/evening availability, and a passion for travel.
