At ANZUK Group, we believe great people belong in roles that matter. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Schools division, you'll partner with education leaders across South Australia, helping schools solve workforce challenges by connecting them with exceptional teaching talent.

This is a permanent recruitment role with a strong focus on relationship building, consultative recruitment, and business development. You'll work closely with school leaders, develop new client partnerships, and leverage ANZUK Education's national and international networks to source outstanding educators in a candidate-short market.

While you'll benefit from existing relationships and internal referrals, this is an opportunity to build your own market, develop a high-value client portfolio, and establish yourself as a trusted adviser within the education sector.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and grow relationships with schools across Adelaide and South Australia




- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive market engagement
- Source and attract high-quality education talent locally and internationally
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement
- Provide market insights and strategic recruitment advice to school leaders
- Deliver exceptional outcomes for both candidates and clients

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally permanent recruitment
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- A consultative, relationship-focused approach
- Resilience, commercial acumen, and the drive to build your own market
