What you will do:
n
n
- Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence‐based interventions
n
- Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills
n
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments
n
- Undertake formulations for motivators of behaviours of concern
n
- Liaise with external stakeholders
n
- Develop and implement Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines
n
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Collect and analyse behavioural data
n
- Provide staff training and develop training resources
n
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence‐based practice
n
n
