Description

We are currently seeking a Personal Banker, bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), for our Fairfield location to assist credit union members with various financial transactions in a personable, professional manner.

The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services.

This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.

The qualified candidate will need to have one to three years retail and/or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas was required on a routine basis.

This position demands a flexible 4/10 schedule with Saturday availability required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

- High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience

Experience

- One to three years of financial or related experience, in which achieving sales goals or quotas was required on a routine basis
