Just Digital People in Brisbane is seeking a senior operations leader to become the second-in-command, owning growth, performance and delivery alongside the founders. You’ll stay hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads and HubSpot, drive client growth and retention, and shape recent revenue streams while scaling the delivery team.
This is a 4-days-in-office role, not a WFH-first position. You’ll report directly to the founders, influence strategic direction, and ensure quality across the client
