CBRE Asia Pacific is recruiting an experienced Engineering/Precinct Manager to oversee two premium CBD towers in Melbourne. You will lead all engineering and building services, manage mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, lifts, BMS and security, and drive CAPEX plans and asset lifecycle strategies.
You will mentor a small facilities team, manage budgets, and report on NABERS energy ratings while improving asset performance and safety across the precinct.
