Base Salary Starting at $104,000 + Fuel Card + $650/Month Vehicle Allowance

Are you an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? This is an opportunity to join a growing electrical construction organization in the Birmingham market where strong performance and leadership can quickly lead to advancement into an Electrical Construction Group Manager role.

What You'll Do

- Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
- Support field operations and mentor project teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership to support continued company growth.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional,



manufacturing, data center, or similar electrical construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Strong client-facing experience and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
