Job Description

St Vincent's Hospital Sydney in Darlinghurst is seeking a Residential Support Worker for a maximum-term full time six-month contract. You will provide 24/7 care, support, and supervision for residents experiencing homelessness, helping access in-reach health services within a safe, non-judgmental environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, refer to appropriate services, and promote resident participation.
