Strengthen financial processes, systems, controls and reporting across the business.

Play a key role in our ERP implementation, including process design, data migration, testing, training and adoption.

Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline finance processes.

Explore practical applications of AI, automation and analytics across finance and the broader business.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and improve the quality of business information.

Maintain strong financial governance while taking a practical and commercially focused approach.

About You

Strong accounting and financial management experience, with the capability and ambition to progress into a Financial Controller position.

Minimum five years' people management experience, with demonstrated success in leading, coaching, mentoring and developing team members.

Hands-on experience participating in or leading an ERP implementation.

Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of the operational drivers behind financial performance.

A genuine interest in data and the ability to turn complex information into accurate, relevant and useful reporting.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work closely with operational and senior leaders.

An interest in AI, automation and emerging technology and how these can practically improve finance and operational processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on approach and willingness to move between detailed financial work,

team leadership and broader business improvement.

Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
