BGIS is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to establish and nurture Health, Safety, Workplace, and Quality management systems for a government portfolio in Melbourne. You will embed a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance and deliver audit-ready systems across sites while reporting to the Contract Team.

The role focuses on developing QMS, incident investigations, and data-driven improvements, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) from Melbourne CBD.
