Our client is a market leading business within their given industry; and due to their continued growth are seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join their supportive team. Our client is based in Melbourne's South East suburbs and seeking a highly motivated individual.

The Responsibilities

n

The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not limited to:

n

- High level of processing invoices on a daily basis
n
- Assisting with supplier concerns and queries
n
- Performing other adhoc account duties
n
- Assisting in reporting
n
- Assisting with preparing batch payments
n

n

The Ideal Candidates

n





The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to:

n

n
- Previous experience with processing of invoices
n
- Has experience in daily bank reconciliations
n
- Can ideally start as soon as possible
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Ability to work within a team environment
n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
