As a Commis Chef, you will work alongside experienced senior chefs, help prepare high‐quality dishes in a high-volume kitchen, and follow set recipes, presentation standards and food safety guidelines. What you will do?
n

- Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
n
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
n
- Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
n
- Conduct temperature and quality checks,
manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
n

More about you
n
n
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef
n
- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
n
- Solid background in kitchen operations
n
- A passion for food and creative flair
n
- Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs
n
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
n
n
