Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This remote contract role seeks a Psychiatry Expert to evaluate how language models reason through complex psychiatric cases and design robust diagnostic challenges with transparent clinical reasoning.

You will develop gold-standard answers, emphasize edge cases and differential diagnoses, and collaborate with research teams at a top AI lab to improve model performance.
