Senior ERP Specialist - Solution Delivery

Clear Objective Limitedis an Australian company delivering ERP software solutions and services to organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Our solutions cater for a broad range of inventory-based businesses and, additionally, we offer unique industry specific solutions.

Clear Objectiveis the sole owner and developer ofClear Enterprise, a fully integrated ERP solution designed for medium-sized businesses.

Based in the Brisbane CBD,Clear Objective'soperations include the complete scope of ERP software delivery from software development, project management, customisation, application delivery to ongoing support.

About The Role

Explicit Objectiveis a whole-of-business solution provider, so you will be participating in the onboarding/implementation of the software plus ongoing solution support and maintenance.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide expert support for ERP software specialising in sales activities, accounts and supply chain management, while offering consulting services, ensuring team deliverables are on track, and collaborating with the development team on software enhancements.

Your expertise will be put to full use, through engagement with customers and maximising the benefits our solutions deliver to their businesses and helping to mentor a young team of consultants.

Many of our customers have built their businesses themselves. They want to deal with people who understand what they do, respect their achievements, are trustworthy and competent. Your success will be dependent on your ability to engage effectively and efficiently with customers and prioritise your time and effort, and engage internal support to assist you.

Additionally, as your product knowledge and experience develop,



you will be involved in preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations of best practice (both internally and externally). You will participate in the design, delivery and deployment model of additional products and ancillary services.

About You

This is not a role for those who believe that opportunities will come to them or those who believe that every day should be predictable. On any given day you might be working on a project onboarding a new customer business, resolving issues for an existing customer, delivering training on-site, or via the web, or even planning the next new software enhancement.

You will be:

You will have (some or all):

Exceptional knowledge in inventory, manufacturing and accounting systems

Strong experience in accounts and/or commercial management

Excellent time management skills and the ability to support team efforts in meeting deadlines.

Ability to go above and beyond, for our customers.

Ability to help mentor and develop team members

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communicator

Experience in warehousing, manufacturing or logistics

Experience in software development would be an advantage





Experience in solution support, demonstrations and/or training

Right to work in Australia and driver's license

Responsibilities:

Support team operations, helping to coordinate tasks and monitoring progress to ensure deliverables are met on time.

Provide responsive and effective support to clients using ERP software, focusing on accounts and supply chain functions.

Address client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.

Demonstrate software features and functions to new and existing customers.

Contribute to maintaining day to day team member deliverables, following up on team member progress, and addressing potential delays as needed.

Serve as a billable consultant, offering tailored solutions to client challenges.

Occasional out of hours work required.

Collaborate with the development team to test and refine software features and provide feedback on enhancements.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in financial and supply chain operations.

Balance teamwork with the ability to work independently to achieve objectives.

Occasional onsite Travel.
