Telwater is Australia’s largest manufacturer of aluminium boat and trailer packages, producing iconic brands such as Quintrex, Stacer and Yellow Fin Plate boats. We are seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to lead our production teams at Coomera on the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will supervise 10–12 staff, drive safety, productivity and quality, mentor your team and ensure KPI targets are met in a busy manufacturing workplace.
