What you'll do

n

n
- Partner with leaders to provide practical people advice and support
n
- Assist with employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters
n
- Support workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives
n
- Coach leaders through people processes and build their capability and confidence
n

n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Experience in a HR/P&C; Business Partnering setting
n
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary people practices
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing people matters
n

n

- Experience within the disability or aged care industry.
