About the role
As a client side Assistant Project Manager at LFL Projects Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of residential and commercial development projects in the Brisbane area. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for assisting all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, helping to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in our Brisbane office and requires regular attendance to site.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the development of implementation of comprehensive project plans, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies

Coordinating and managing project teams, including consultants, agents and vendors, to ensure the efficient and timely completion of tasks

Assisting in the monitoring of project progress, identifying and addressing issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

Collaborating with clients, architects,



and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects that meet or exceed their expectations

Preparing detailed reports and documentation to track project performance and inform future improvements

What we're looking for

experience within property or construction related industries;

A candidate with a QBCC license or eligibility to hold a QBCC license is a nice to have but not expected.

Ability to work within a dynamic workplace.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
