St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to create a safe, welcoming setting for people experiencing homelessness. You will work with our Case Management team to provide practical and emotional support and help clients navigate challenges toward independence.

You will build compassionate relationships, maintain accurate records, and adapt to a flexible roster including nights and weekends.
