Lives Lived Well in Lithgow is seeking a Youth AOD Counsellor & Case Manager to support young people aged 12 to 24 facing alcohol and other drug challenges. The role is part time (30.4 hours per week) and focuses on assessment, counselling and recovery-oriented support within the Dianella Lithgow Youth Program.
You will work collaboratively with families, schools and local services, develop individual treatment plans, deliver group interventions and help young people build resilience and
