What your day might look like

- Partner with leaders across Australia & New Zealand to provide hands-on HR support by implementing people strategies aligned to business goals
- Coaching managers to build confident, capable teams and navigate people matters
- Providing practical advice on employee relations, HR processes, policies, and legislation
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle — from contracts to performance and development
- Helping drive performance outcomes through coaching, reviews, and succession planning
- Identifying growth opportunities and supporting learning & development initiatives
- Lead and support change management activities across the business
- Preparing HR reports, documentation, and contributing to key HR projects
- Collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver a seamless employee experience

What you will bring

- 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role
- Formal HR qualifications
- Solid understanding of AU & NZ employment legislation (Modern Awards essential)
- Experience in retail, FMCG or similar fast-paced environments (highly regarded)
- The ability to build relationships, influence and partner with stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with both strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience across core HR functions- recruitment, ER, performance, development
