Role & Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, taking ownership of data management, data cleansing, and platform operational documentation.
n
- Create, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns through strategic list management, audience segmentation, journey building, and A/B testing.
n
- Support and improve seamless integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud environments.
n
- Build dynamic marketing automation workflows and design efficient data extensions to streamline communication processes.
n




- Monitor performance analytics, extract key metrics, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
n
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
n

Skills & Experience

n

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

n

n
- Technical Toolkit: Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS. Experience integrating external data sources into Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
n
- Experience: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, implementation, and CRM workflow management.
n
- Core Capabilities: Strong analytics mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable strategic insights. Collaborative cross-functional communication and end-user support capabilities.
n
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification required. Additional Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Architecture certifications are highly regarded.
