Iris Hotels is seeking a passionate Full Time Operations Manager located at Mercure Alice Springs Resort in Alice Springs, NT. Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Reservations, Night Audit, and Housekeeping to maintain service excellence.

Lead the FO team, collaborate with the GM on revenue growth and cost control, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Requires rotating roster availability and Opera system proficiency.
