Microba is seeking a Laboratory Director to lead our NATA/ISO 15189 accredited diagnostic lab in Brisbane, reporting to the CEO. This executive role oversees production, quality, and regulatory decisions, with a seat on the leadership team and scope to shape structure, resourcing and operating approach.
You will drive operational performance, ensure compliance with NATA, CAP, NPAAC and TGA requirements, modernise laboratory technology, and translate recent tests from development to routine service.
