Position Purpose: We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our Client's team in Richlands, QLD. This role involves working across a range of commercial and residential sites, assisting with landscaping and property maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Carry out general landscaping and gardening tasks such as bush cutting, whipper snipping, spraying and weeding
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently as part of vegetation, garden and tree management
- Tractor slashing and mowing using zero-turn mowers
- Operating a posi-track machine (skid steer)
- Using mapping applications on a tablet for job tracking and site navigation
- Loading and unloading materials to support vegetation crews with site setup and pack-down as required, maintaining clean worksites.
- Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently whilst upholding all workplace health and safety standards and environmental guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in landscape labouring
- Experience with tractor slashing and zero-turn mowers
- Ability to operate a posi-track (skid steer) machine
- Comfortable using tablet-based mapping systems
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- White Card (mandatory)
- Driver's licence (essential)
