The Opportunity!
You’ll join an established Construction, Projects & Infrastructure team and work closely with experienced Partners on significant Queensland and national matters.
Your work will include:
- High-value construction and engineering disputes
- Delay, disruption, defects and variation claims
- Security of Payment matters and adjudications
- Construction contract interpretation and disputes
- Dispute avoidance and strategic advisory work
- Acting for principals, contractors, developers, subcontractors and insurers
You’ll have genuine client exposure, responsibility for your matters and the opportunity to work on complex disputes that require strong technical and commercial thinking.

What We’re Looking For You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years PAE in construction disputes or construction litigation
- Strong back-end construction experience
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A collaborative and positive approach
