Senior Management Role: College Assets, Infrastructure and Services

This is an exciting opportunity to join Terrace in the role of Director of Assets, Infrastructure and Services and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our infrastructure and facilities support the College to provide the very best in holistic Catholic education to the young men who pass through its gates today and into the future. Terrace is the home to both state-of-the-art and historical facilities that reflect the history and the continuing development of the College.

Reporting to the Dean of Business Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the College's property, infrastructure, facilities and asset portfolio across multiple sites. You will lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of asset management frameworks, capital renewal programs, master planning initiatives and infrastructure development projects that support the College's strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of facilities and property services.

St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition for young men in Years 5 to 12, with an enrolment of approximately 1900 students and 240 staff.

ABOUT YOU

Senior leadership experience in property, infrastructure, facilities or asset management within a large and complex organisation

Highly developed stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

Strong financial management and budget planning capabilities

Demonstrated understanding of property governance, statutory compliance and facilities risk management

Commitment to the mission and ethos of EREA, and St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace
