About the Role
n
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join a leading corporate organisation on a 12-month contract. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
n
This is a fully office-based role located in Sydney CBD, with occasional travel required to an alternate Sydney office location.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Reception & Visitor Management
n
n
- Manage the front office and reception area.
n
- Answer and direct incoming external calls.
n
- Welcome visitors and coordinate sign-in processes via visitor management systems.
n
- Register visitors with building management as required.
n
- Provide assistance with general enquiries.
n
n
Office & Facilities Administration
n
n
- Manage office stationery, kitchen supplies, catering stock, fruit and milk deliveries.
n
- Organise and store incoming office supplies.
n
- Monitor kitchen facilities and maintain the office coffee machine.
n
- Ensure meeting rooms are presented to a high standard.
n
- Support onsite hospitality services with supply ordering.
n
- Manage locker allocations and workplace facilities requirements.
n
n
Security & Access Management
n
n
- Manage and reconcile staff, visitor and after-hours access passes.
n
- Maintain workplace safety and security procedures.
n
n
Mail, Couriers & Logistics
n
n
- Coordinate courier services.
n
- Distribute incoming mail and packages.
n
- Manage outgoing mail requirements.
n
n
Employee Support & Administration
n
n
- Liaise with IT to coordinate equipment for recent starters and departing employees.
n
- Support onboarding and employee inductions.
n
- Assist with employee relocation and mobility requirements.
n
- Monitor shared reception inboxes and action enquiries.
n
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
n
- Coordinate catering orders and event setup.
n
- Support workplace and facilities teams with projects and ad hoc tasks.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Office Administration, Workplace Services, Facilities Coordination, or a similar role.
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
- A polished and professional presentation.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- The ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
n
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
n
- Experience with visitor management systems and facilities administration is highly regarded.
