Business Development Manager (BDM) – Education & Training
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing education and training team. The role will focus on growing short course enrolments and funded training programs, building strong industry relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell short courses, including Automotive and Hospitality programs
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into enrolments
- Build relationships with employers, businesses, schools and industry stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for funded training programs and partnerships
- Manage leads, follow-ups and business development activities
- Meet agreed sales, enrolment and business development KPIs
- Attend meetings,
networking events and travel as required
About you
- Proven experience in business development, sales or relationship management
- Education, training or RTO experience highly desirable
- BD or sales experience within Automotive or Hospitality is preferable
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised and target-driven
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
