Project Manager – Major Projects
South East Queensland

Join Crimsafe Group, Australia’s safety and security leader. One of Crimsafe Groups companies, SecureFence, is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast to oversee multiple major projects across South East Queensland.

The role will be very hands‑on and requires regular communication with your project teams. Knowledge and experience of managing major projects in previous roles is paramount for this position.

With a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and performance, our team is expanding and looking for an additional Project Manager to lead some of our major projects.

About the Role
SecureFence is looking for a results‑driven, hands‑on Project Manager to take charge of the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale fencing projects (major projects). You will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver multiple major projects simultaneously.
- Develop and oversee project programs, timelines, and forecasts.




- Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage safety on site, in line with company and legislative requirements.
- Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and project performance tracking.
- Coordinate and order materials as required.
- Monitor and supervise works to ensure compliance with specifications and client expectations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in managing major projects (preferably within construction, civil, or infrastructure industries).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance.
- Experience working with ITPs and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to problem‑solve and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential).
