RCR Mining Technologies has an exciting opportunity for anexperienced Mobilisation Officer to join ourBunbury Head Office on a full-time basis.

n

As a key member of the mobilisation team, you will ensure employees, labour-hire personnel, and subcontractors are compliant,site-ready, and successfully mobilised across multiple projects and client sites. This role requires strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to managing workforce compliance, training, and mobilisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation activities, ensuringemployees and contractors meet all client, site, and companycompliance requirements.
n
- Manage and maintain workforce records, including licences,tickets, certifications, medicals, inductions, and trainingrequirements across internal systems and client portals.
n
- Monitor compliance and competency expiries, proactivelyidentifying and escalating risks that may impact workforcereadiness.
n
- Arrange training, inductions, medical assessments, and drugand alcohol screenings to support mobilisation schedules.
n
- Create, update, maintain, and archive employee profiles andrecords within workforce management and mobilisationsystems.
n
- Reconcile compliance, training, and induction recordsbetween internal systems and client platforms to ensureaccuracy.
n




- Provide support and guidance to employees and contractorsregarding mobilisation requirements, portal access, travelenquiries, and site readiness.
n
- Act as the first point of contact for mobilisationenquiries, delivering professional and responsive customerservice to internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Monitor shared inboxes, manage enquiries, and elevateissues when required.
n
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliancewith changing client and site requirements.
n
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information andprovide administrative support to the HR, Recruitment, andMobilisation teams as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volumeadministration, mobilisation, recruitment, HR, training,mining, or construction environment.
n
- Experience in mobilisation, workforce compliance,recruitment, training, or personnel coordination.
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams,SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
n
- Experience using workforce management and mobilisationsystems such as Rapid Crews, Spear, Pegasus, INX, Avetta,SuccessFactors, Enable, or similar platforms.
n




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to managecompeting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to compliance andaccuracy.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, andcustomer service skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively toachieve outcomes.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
n
- Certificate in Business and/or Administration(desirable).
n
- Current WA Driver's Licence (Desirable).
