We're seeking an experienced Team Leader CSSD to provide day-to-day leadership and support to our dedicated CSSD team, helping ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality sterilisation services within a busy clinical environment.

About the Role

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Advanced experience as an Instrument Technician
n
- Experience within endoscopy environments
n
- Certificate IV in Sterilisation
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Confidence in decision-making and team leadership
n
- A positive, reliable and professional approach
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
