Anglicare NT is seeking a Case Manager to support young people aged 10 to 25 years who are homeless or at risk. You will provide intensive outreach, case management and practical support to help secure safe housing and strengthen family relationships.
You will work within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework, with a focus on culturally secure practice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and diverse communities.
