You will design and execute automated tests for chatbot solutions, validate conversation flows, and collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams to raise QA standards across CAI initiatives.

You'll embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, tackle non-functional requirements like performance, security and accessibility, and help shape our CAI quality engineering capability with
