Respect is seeking compassionate Casual Personal Care Assistants to join our rural aged care home in Macksville, NSW. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals and hygiene, and help residents feel valued.
Work as part of a supportive team with nurses and care staff. You should have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, solid communication, and a genuine passion for caring for older people.
