The Collaroy Centre, owned by The Salvation Army, is seeking a Casual Kitchen Hand to support catering operations on site. You will be responsible for cleaning all catering-related equipment and flatware, including washing dishes and general kitchen cleaning, with shifts available across seven days (7am-3pm or 5pm-8pm).
Desirable candidates have kitchen hand experience, completed food hygiene training, and the ability to meet deadlines under time pressures.
