Castle Education are recruiting High Needs Support Assistants for a range of schools and specialist provisions.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping young people develop their confidence, independence and ability to access education .
What could your day look like?
Depending on the setting, you may:

- Provide 1:1 support
- Work with small groups
- Support pupils within a classroom
- Help pupils manage behaviour and emotions
- Support communication and learning
- Encourage independence and life skills




- Help pupils engage positively with school

Experience with SEN, SEND, complex needs, autism, SEMH or behavioural support is highly desirable.
The Perks£14.24–£16.00 per hour depending on experience and setting.
